6th GRADE: Tuesdays & Thursdays Zoom meeting 10-10:30. We will talk about assignments and teachers will be giving you new instruction. DO NOT MISS IT. Wednesdays Zoom meeting will be a fun 6th grade "Hang-out" time 10-10:30.
Mrs. Butler & Mrs. Jones will have our "office" hours M-F from 10:30-11:30 and 1-1:30. This time is when we will be available to answer questions and walk you through things that are confusing. It will not be through Zoom - email only.
Mr. Longcor's "office" hours are the same.
FRIDAY, APRIL 10 - Please join my new Google Classroom that has been sent to you by email. 6th grade - I will be posting math, writing, language, and spelling on 1 Google Classroom site so it shouldn't be confusing.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 8 - School is now pushed back to April 30th. Starting Monday, April 13th you will have daily assignments. I will be using Google Classroom for 5th & 6th grade assignments. Extra "fun" stuff will be posted here on my webpage. MONDAY, MARCH 30 - 6th grade will be having 2 Zoom meetings this week. Tuesday 6:30pm and Friday 12:30 pm Stay healthy & keep learning!! Writing - the writing in the packet is for 2 topics. Argumentative writing is about schools using security cameras. Narrative writing (non-fiction) is about the Humpback Whales of Rurutu and includes a video. We will be doing the same type of activity when we go back to school. It will be informative writing about the Ancient Silk Road. There is a video link that you can watch if you want to learn about it ahead of time.
